Benjamin B. Ware

Born in Morgantown and a loyal alumnus of both West Virginia University and the West Virginia University College of Law, Ben Ware is the founding member of the firm. During his career, Ben has been involved in a variety of personal injury cases in West Virginia, including some very high-profile, complex matters such as the representation of the sole survivor of the Sago Mine Disaster, Randal McCloy, Jr., in claims against various parties for injuries resulting from the mine explosion. While Ben has been involved in a wide variety of matters involving many different areas of the law, his work on the Sago litigation and numerous other personal injury cases helped him make the decision to open his own practice and focus on helping injured, everyday people that have suffered as the result of the conduct of others. In addition, Ben has served as counsel to a variety of both small and large businesses, and enjoys assisting entrepreneurs and business owners in pursuing their goals of effectively running their own companies.
