Kevin J. Cimino
Kevin Cimino is Of Counsel to the firm. Before joining Mr. Ware’s practice,
Kevin worked as an associate in the litigation section of Jackson Kelly,
PLLC in Morgantown. Prior to that time, he served as a judicial law clerk
for the Honorable Thomas E. Johnston of the United States District Court for
the Southern District of West Virginia. Kevin graduated Order of the Coif
from the West Virginia University College of Law, and served both as an
Executive Research Editor for the West Virginia Law Review and as a teaching
assistant for the Legal Research and Writing program. Kevin concentrates his
law practice on personal injury and employment law cases, as well as certain
state and criminal matters.
